Natural Wedding Photography at Oakley Hall
My approach to wedding photography
has always been centred around people rather than poses.
Most couples tell me at some point during our conversations that they're not particularly comfortable in front of a camera.
In reality, that's probably true for the majority of people.
Very few couples spend their weekends being photographed, so it's completely understandable to feel slightly nervous when the wedding day arrives.
That's why I keep everything as relaxed as possible.
When we head outside for portraits, there are no complicated poses or long sessions away from your guests. Instead, we take a short walk, enjoy a few quiet moments together and create photographs that feel natural and authentic.
The aim isn't to make you look like models. The aim is to create photographs that feel like you.Often the quieter moments become some of the most meaningful images.
A shared smile, a private joke or simply walking together through the grounds.
By keeping everything relaxed and enjoyable, couples quickly stop thinking about the camera and start focusing on each other.
